Evergrowth Secures $2.2 Million in Pre-Seed Funding to Boost AI-Powered B2B Sales Platform

DataroomHQ, a New York City-based company specializing in operational metrics for Software as a Service (SaaS) firms, has successfully secured $3.5 million in funding to further develop its platform.

The funding round was led by Oceans and Bling Capital, with contributions from Garuda Ventures, Cortical Ventures, b5 Capital, Divide By Zero, and CRV Scout. This follows an initial pre-seed investment from Cortical Ventures during the company’s early stages.

Under the leadership of Jeff Schwartz, CEO & Founder, dataroomHQ offers an AI-powered platform designed to provide deeper insights into operational metrics for SaaS companies. This platform aims to streamline reporting processes, improve customer retention strategies, optimize various SaaS metrics, facilitate capital raises, and strategize for future growth.

Jeff Schwartz emphasized the platform’s practicality, stating, “Having worked with startup leaders and in high growth environments, I know first-hand how challenging it is to have true visibility across all the functions of a business.” He added, “That’s why I founded dataroomHQ – to provide SaaS companies with a single source of truth for their metrics along with blueprints for how to optimize them so they can achieve efficient growth.”

Sara Barek, Managing Director and Founding Team Member at Oceans, highlighted dataroomHQ’s potential in empowering organizations to manage financial and operational drivers effectively.

The dataroomHQ platform offers features powered by AI, including automated metrics reporting, operational metric analysis, experimentation of sales and marketing strategies, and generation of forecasts and headcount planning. These functionalities aim to simplify decision-making processes, enhance productivity, and drive strategic growth initiatives within SaaS companies.

Kyle Lui, General Partner of Bling Capital, emphasized the platform’s significance in evaluating potential investments, particularly its ability to automate cohort analysis, a critical aspect of assessing company performance.

Arpan Punyani, Co-Founder and General Partner at Garuda Ventures, commended Jeff Schwartz’s expertise in finance, machine learning, and data science, highlighting dataroomHQ’s potential to revolutionize organizational data management and optimization strategies.
