In a significant development, CloudTalk, the Bratislava-based AI-powered calling software provider, has successfully concluded its Series B funding round, securing an impressive $28 million. This latest injection of funds, co-led by KPN Ventures and Lead Ventures, alongside existing investors Point Nine Capital, henQ, Presto Ventures, and Orbit Capital, brings the company’s total funding to an impressive $36.7 million.

Established in 2016, CloudTalk has positioned itself as a crucial tool for sales and customer service teams, aiming to revolutionize communication dynamics between businesses and their customers. With a focus on making the customer experience a key competitive advantage, CloudTalk’s platform boasts features such as AI-powered dialers, conversational intelligence, and speech recognition.

Martin Malych, the CEO of CloudTalk, expressed enthusiasm about the funding milestone, stating, “This investment is a leap towards our ‘moonshot’ goals, not just in terms of financial growth but in fundamentally transforming how businesses communicate.” Malych emphasized CloudTalk’s commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence to maximize team efficiency, optimize conversations, and drive revenue growth for their clients.

CloudTalk’s platform is currently utilized by 4,000 sales and customer-facing teams across more than 100 countries, facilitating over 400 million customer conversations. Malych shared an intriguing statistic, mentioning that this translates into an astonishing 665 years of calling—a testament to the platform’s widespread adoption and impact.
