Under the leadership of CEO Jennifer Smith, Scribe offers a product that streamlines the creation and dissemination of step-by-step guides. It empowers employees to swiftly document processes and effortlessly share them with colleagues and clients, all with just a single click. This accessibility ensures that vital information necessary for job execution is readily available across the organization.

Since the launch of Scribe AI in May 2023, users have benefited from automatic generation of titles, descriptions, and contextual information in their guides. Additionally, features like Sidekick facilitate easy access to relevant documentation while browsing websites, along with functionalities such as document insights, sensitive data redaction, and Slack integration.

With a user base spanning over 1 million teams, including 97% of the Fortune 100, Scribe has witnessed a remarkable surge in revenue, experiencing a 400% growth in 2023 alone.
