Available immediately across Business Management and Unified Monitoring and management solution portfolios, Sidekick leverages ConnectWise’s generative AI models and large language models to automate tasks such as generating PowerShell scripts, ticket categorization, summarization, providing resolutions, and automated responses to end users.
