Copenhagen-based startup Spektr has successfully secured €5 million in seed funding to further develop its innovative platform aimed at automating and streamlining compliance tasks for businesses globally. The funding round was led by prominent investors, including Northzone, Seedcamp, and PreSeed Ventures.
Led by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs including CEO Mikkel Skarnager, CTO Ciprian Florescu, CRO Jan-Erik Wagner, and CPO Jeremy Joly, spektr is emerging from stealth mode to introduce a groundbreaking no-code solution. This solution is designed to automate up to 90% of risk and monitoring tasks, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and driving higher conversion rates for businesses.
The platform offered by spektr is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the financial sector, offering automated solutions for risk assessments that can be customized to comply with regulations across various markets. With compliance costs soaring, especially in larger financial institutions where expenses can reach up to $10,000 per employee, spektr aims to simplify risk-based monitoring with a user-friendly interface that doesn’t require specialized IT skills.
